The present study used various amounts of P-arsanilic acid (AsA) in pot experiments to evaluate the effects AsA on arsenic (As) accumulation, speciation and meanwhile using vitro digestion/Caco-2 cell model bioavailability As rice. results indicated a linear relationship between rice soil, at 75 mg AsA/kg content exceeded statutory permissible limit 0.2 As/kg dry weight China.
